Fortune 500 CEO Suppresses Multiple Negative Articles

Challenge was approached by the CEO of a Fortune 500 company who faced numerous negative listings in Google. Positions 1, 3 and 5 in Google were all negative, and 12 unfavorable listings appeared within the first five pages of the individual’s search results.

The CEO, whose name is searched more than 14,000 times each month in Google, felt the negative search engine results were a misrepresentation of the CEO’s character, given that the individual making claims against the CEO later admitted to inaccuracies in the claim and that an investigation found no evidence of the main allegations.

The CEO sought’s expertise to present a fairer representation of the CEO in the Google SERPs.
