Joseph Torrillo has been with Terakeet since 2008 and was integral to the creation, launch and progression of the online reputation management offering at ReputationManagement.com. With a background in Engineering and analytics and over a decade of experience, Joseph devised Terakeet’s go-to-market reputation management strategies and has since dedicated his entire career to the refinement and growth of the ORM offering in line with the evolution of search and customer goals.

Joseph gained tenure in Sales and Account Services. He has partnered with and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of Enterprise SEO and reputation management customers, including Fortune 10 companies and CEO’s and international Presidents and he led the development of the ORM Account Management and cross-disciplinary service delivery teams. He has worked alongside Product & Engineering to guide development of Terakeet and ReputationMannagement.com processes and proprietary software. More recently, Joseph joined forces with ReputationManagement.com’s Marketing team to provide more public facing thought leadership - including blog development and speaking engagements / interviews - appearing twice with Pat Kerrigan on KSRO Sonoma County FM News Talk Radio Show in Santa Rosa, California.

Joseph believes the key to a successful strategy is planning at least three years and five steps ahead in order to achieve sustainable results on behalf of customers. Additionally, Joseph has always considered our 5th Core Value, Rapid Response, especially applicable and critical to the success of reputation and crisis management partnerships. As such, Joseph has always taken a people-first approach. He has notoriously leveraged unconventional work hours and provided customers with tireless communication, persistent enthusiasm and a sound sense of optimism and confidence in the wake of new challenges and uncertainty due to his foresight, preparedness and attention to detail.

Joseph has helped grow the ReputationManagement.com business through successful case studies, word of mouth referrals and by forging relationships with globally recognized PR, crisis management, and law firms. These relationships help provide Terakeet clients with 360-degree crisis containment, and Joseph’s guidance provides them with peace of mind and clear insight into the long-term strategies at work supporting their reputations.

Joseph was Terakeet’s 2017 Marc Murray Award winner, given annually to one of Terakeet’s hundreds of employees who best represents the company’s Five Core Values. He is a Syracuse native and city school graduate whose love for the community can be recognized through his year round contributions to Terakeet’s own Cause For The ‘Cuse (benefitting Syracuse City School District students) including titles held for most funds raised by an individual and by a team for CFTC’s annual Spin event, his support for a multitude of other Syracuse-area and global charities, most notably including Susan G. Komen CNY Race for the Cure, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light The Night, No Dogs Left Behind and Humane Society International, his 3-year appointment as an Executive Board Member for Visit Syracuse (formerly SCVB), the electric tailgates he hosts for the Syracuse University Orange football games that draw hundreds of supporters and earn national media coverage, his tight knit relationships with neighbors and elected officials as well as his participation in multiple local recreational leagues and sporting events (including captain of the M5 Supermaz memorial soccer team).

Joseph graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 2008 with a B.S. in Public Policy and Minors in both Mechanical Engineering and Sociology and also won the Kearse Award for excellence in research. Joseph currently lives in Syracuse with his 3 adopted dogs.
