Joseph is Vice President of ReputationManagement.com and heads the day to day operations of the company. Joseph has been responsible for the significant growth and vision of the company over the last several years and has been relied upon by countless brands and business executives in the process. Joseph has spent over 10 years in the SEO and reputation management field. He was responsible for designing the original “mind map”, which is the core of ReputationManagement.com’s overarching client strategies today.
Torrillo spends nearly 200 days a year on a plane or in another city working with customers and their teams to sort through a wide range of online crisis and reputation management issues that arise. Chances are that if you see a brand or a CEO in crisis on television, Joseph has a seat at the table working with the client toward a long term strategy and tactical approach to overcoming what they are facing. There have been countless times when a brand or executive thinks that their brand or life has been ruined only to see Joseph’s resolve and clarity for a path forward. For this reason, Joseph has been responsible for building strategic partnerships with some of the World’s leading PR firms, crisis firms, and law firms. These channel partners call reputationmanagement.com when an issue arises and Joseph and his team mobilize quickly.
Joseph cut his teeth studying mechanical engineering at R.I.T., receiving his degree from there in 2006. He’s the first to rally the team at the company if spirits are down and quick to “shout out” teammates during company wide meetings if someone has done something extraordinary. This spirit is felt by the executives and brands he serves, so it came as no surprise that Joseph was the recipient of the prestigious “Marc Murray man of the year” award in 2017. His colleagues overwhelmingly voted for him to win the award. Joseph resides in Syracuse, NY where he is a proud Syracuse Orange fan and holds the prize of hosting the largest tailgates for all home games.
